Our recently refurbished self-catering holiday apartments in Obertraun are less than a one-minute walk from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. The one-bedroom apartments can sleep up to 4 people and the two-bedroom apartments up to 8 people, making us ideal for families and groups of friends. We offer spacious, flexible accommodation suitable for everybody. Every apartment has at least one balcony with views towards the Dachstein Mountains or Lake Hallstatt. Obertraun is at the very heart of the Salzkammergut, Austria’s Lake District - just a 70-minute drive from Salzburg - and a perfect base for exploring this beautiful region in summer as well as in winter.

Food & Beverage

We are flexible, so if you are self-catering and fancy a night off - let us cook for you. Everything is homemade and freshly prepared. The regular price for dinner includes two courses with wine or beer and coffee. If you have small children, we can serve their dinner earlier, leaving you to enjoy your meal at a later time. The bar is open every day for our guests, serving great coffee and homemade cakes, as well as a refreshing beer or a glass of wine.

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person.

20 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
